The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass window in the living room opens for fresh mountain air and beautiful city and mountain views. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. A starter supply of dishwashing and paper essentials is provided, along with locally roasted coffee from Dynamite Roasting Co. and tea from Asheville Tea Company. Where You'll Sleep Bedroom: King bed. Living Room: Sleeper sofa for two. The bedroom also includes an additional chair. Linens and an extra blanket are provided, and a white noise machine offers a variety of relaxing sounds and volume settings. Bathroom & Laundry The bathroom includes towels, a hair dryer, and a starter supply of bath essentials. The toilet area is enclosed for additional privacy. An in-unit stacked washer and dryer with a starter supply of free-and-clear laundry detergent adds convenience during your stay. Pet-Friendly Mountain Serenity welcomes one pet per reservation. Building Amenities Guests have access to the third-floor fitness center with Peloton bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, Rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. Parking & EV Charging Valet parking is available for $32 per night and includes in-and-out access throughout your stay. Guests who prefer to self-park may use Downtown Asheville public parking. The closest public garage is directly across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC Hotel. Valet attendants are unable to connect, disconnect, or process payment for EV charging equipment. The closest public EV charging option is at 16 Broadway Avenue.
