House Rules for Tranquility 98 Occupancy: Max 14 guests allowed. Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay for the full trip. Pets: Dog-friendly with prior approval and $300 pet fee per dog. Limit 1–2 dogs only. No other pets allowed. No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near any doors or windows. Parking: Up to 4 vehicles allowed in driveway. No parking on grass, sidewalk, or street. Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. Child safety gates provided. No glass near the pool. Pool heating available for an additional fee. Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Place used towels in bathrooms before checkout. Outdoor Areas: Clean grill after use. Use patio and pool furniture responsibly. Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
