Additionally, there is a ski home trail open mid-winter, conditions permitting, making your return from the slopes effortless. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival. • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. • You must sign and return our written rental agreement. • The Activity Center at our condo features an indoor saltwater pool, sauna, hot tubs, exercise equipment and game room. Hours are 10am to 10pm. • The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to mid-March on Saturdays and Sundays only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge. • Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building. • We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property. • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
