Stay Rules
SECURITY DEPOSIT and ID - A copy of the booker's Passport or Driver's License must be provided to finalize your booking. A security deposit of $500 is collected by Serenity Property Services, prior to check-in by e-transfer, approximately 7 days prior to your arrival. This deposit is fully refundable, provided:
- No damage is found beyond normal wear and tear
- No missing items
- No violation of house rules
- No excessive cleaning required
Refunds are processed within 7 days after checkout. If any deductions are necessary, we'll provide a detailed breakdown.
SECURITY CAMERAS - There are two exterior security cameras in place, one is aimed at the driveway looking towards the road, while the other is aimed at the main guest entrance. There are no cameras inside the unit.
