Welcome to Red Mango Retreat—a huge 6BR, 3BA beach house that sleeps up to 26! Just a block from the sand with awesome beach views. Tons of space with 2 king beds, 3 full bunks, 2 twin bunks, and 3 full beds. We’ve got a travel crib and high chair for the little ones too. Outside, kick back in the seating and dining area, play some games, or catch a game on the 75” outdoor TV. Book your stay now and make some epic beach memories! This place is huge! 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and plenty of space to spread out. Two rooms have king beds, one has 2 full bunks, another has 2 twin bunks, one has a full bunk + a full bed, and the last has 2 full beds—perfect for big groups. The kitchen’s fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Outside, the deck is where it’s at—cornhole, darts, a 75” TV, a hammock, propane grill and plenty of seating. Get ready to kick back and enjoy! Guest have access to the entire house except for doors with keypad locks. I will not be available in person but can be reached through the the Airbnb app or by phone/text. Just a heads-up—there are a lot of stairs at Red Mango Retreat! If you’re bringing little ones, have mobility concerns, or just aren’t a fan of extra cardio, keep this in mind. The multi-level setup gives you awesome beach views and plenty of space to spread out, but it does mean some climbing. If stairs aren’t an issue, you’re in for an amazing stay! Here are the house rules. These need to be read thoroughly prior to booking. Check-In & Check-Out ✅ Check-in: 4:00 PM or later (Smart lock for easy entry) ✅ Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp (Late check-out may be available—ask first!) 2. Guest Limits & Events 🚫 Max 26 guests—no unregistered visitors. 🚫 No parties, large gatherings, or events. Respect our neighbors! 🚫 Quiet hours: 11 PM - 7 AM (keep outdoor noise low). 3. Stairs & Safety ⚠️ There are a lot of stairs—keep this in mind for kids or guests with mobility concerns. 4. Pets 🐾 Pets are NOT allowed. 5. Smoking & Fire Safety 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside—$500 fine. 6. Outdoor Areas & Entertainment Deck 🎯 Use games responsibly—return them where you found them. Please close TV and darts cabinets when not in use. 🛠 If anything breaks, let us know ASAP so we can fix it for the next guest. 7. Cleaning & Trash 🧹 Please treat the home with care—excessive mess may result in extra fees. 🗑 Please take out trash to exterior bings on the driveway. 8. Kitchen & Appliances 🍳 The kitchen is fully stocked—clean up after yourself and don’t leave food out (hello, Texas bugs!). ❄️ Keep fridge & freezer closed so everything stays cold. 9. Security & Respect 🔒 Lock doors when you leave—safety first! 🎶 Be mindful of neighbors—this is a chill beach retreat, not a party pad. 10.
