Guest access The entire property is available for guests use except locked storage closet inside and the locked water filtration closet outside. ✧Granbury Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am Sunday nights & weekdays and 11:00 pm - 8:00 am Friday and Saturday (into Sunday). ✧You may still enjoy the hot tub and the deck but please keep music and noise to a minimum during quiet hours as the noise can really echo around the lake. ✧Please no gatherings in front of home during quiet hours. Backyard is huge so this should not be an issue! Other things to note ✧ If you have a boat you can tie it up to provided cleats on the kayak launch platform as long as you have fenders. Water may be shallow for larger boats certain times of the year. Our canal does not dry out like some areas. Please check online for Lake Granbury information regarding water levels. ✧ Home is treated professionally for bugs every 2 months. This is for the comfort of our guests. Please remember you are on the water and in a wooded area where bugs are part of nature. ✧ Minimum age to rent is 24. Please Note: A fully refundable damage/security deposit is required for first‑time guests only.
