The owner of this condo has also installed the most revolutionary, state-of-the-art purifying system available; designed to keep the air clear of airborne allergens, remove odors and provide a comfortable environment for his guests. It is called "Bio-Fighter" & uses a germicidal UV light to prevent bacteria & mold from entering the heating & cooling system. It operates 24/7 even if the HVAC system is not in use. Crescent Shores has an on-site fitness room, a 200-foot lazy river pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool, 110-foot oceanfront pool, and two over-sized hot tubs.
