Stay Rules

Quiet hours: 22:00 to 6:00. Pets: Allowed (maximum 1). Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Reason: No sleeping areas for infants. Additional rules: Check-in schedule: Everyday from 16:00h to 23:45h Maximum registered guests only - no unregistered overnight stays without written approval on the booking platform Day visitors limited to 3 people maximum Additional overnight guests require advance approval and may require extra fees No large parties or events allowed, please do not put up decorations that have to be secured to the walls or ceilings Small gatherings limited to registered guests plus 4 visitors max No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property No illegal drug use No firearms are allowed in the house QUIET HOURS & NEIGHBORS Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Respect full-time neighbors - excessive noise may result in immediate eviction Report any neighbor issues to us promptly PARKING Use driveway only - no street parking per county ordinances AMENITIES Hot Tub: No glass or alcohol allowed BBQ Grill: Clean grates after use and turn off propane Laundry: Don't overload washer - detergent pods provided Dishwasher. Please use pods provided Indoor Fireplaces: Are not for cooking or roasting of anything. Do not touch the controls of gas fireplace inside the fire box. CHILDREN & PETS Children: Must be supervised at all times - parents responsible for safety Pets: Clean up after pets inside and outside No pets on furniture (beds, couches, chairs) Pets must be inside at night and crated when you're away CLEANLINESS & MAINTENANCE Report damages/breakages before checkout Bag all trash properly NO sanitary products or baby wipes in toilets (septic system) Turn off all lights, stoves, and electrical devices when leaving Do not strip the beds when you checkout and make sure all used towels are in the bathrooms in the tub or the shower. COMPLIANCE Failure to follow house rules may result in eviction without refund and additional charges for extra cleaning or damages.
